Prey and Predators can appear during a patrol depending on their Chance of Appearance (CA), to know if your character will notice the presence of this npc it is necessary to make a perception test by rolling 1d2 and adding your character's perception, if the result is equal to or big than the Hunting Level of this creature (HL) the cat has noticed the presence of the animal and can decide to start a fight to hunt it or chase it away from the territory. However if the result is lower than the animal's hunting level, they may flee or attack your character.
In cases of group patrol the values is the sum of the perception of all characters and then divided by the number of members in the patrol.
Hunting, Fishing and Combat System
After the perception test (In case the animal has not escaped) you should make a skill test to see if they managed to capture the prey or chase away the predator, see below how to do the tests:
Land Prey:
Roll 1d10 and add the result with your character's hunting + strength + agility skills, if the result is equal to or big than the prey's Health Point (HP) you succeeded and captured the prey, otherwise it ran away.
Aquatic Prey:
Roll 1d10 and add the result with your character's fishing + strength + swimming skills, if the result is equal to or big than the prey's Health Point (HP) you succeeded and captured the prey, otherwise it ran away.
Scare away Predators or Invaders:
Roll 1d10 (In case the predator detects you first roll 1d5) and add the result with your character's defense + strength + agility skills, if the result is equal to or big than the predator's Health Point (HP) you got success and chased away the predator or invader, otherwise they was more stronger and your character was injured in the middle of the fight, he must urgently go to the medicine den.
